01 About this policy
This Policy explains how the Marknest app handles information that you add or create while using the app. Marknest is intended for users aged 18 and over.
The app is designed to work offline. The information described below is processed on your device to provide Marknest's features; the developer does not receive it through the app.
02 Information used on your device
To create label layouts and prepare PDFs, Marknest may use the information you provide or configure, locally on your device. This may include:
- table data imported from CSV files, or rows added and edited manually;
- column names, the fields selected for labels, and the copies column;
- sheet settings: paper size, number of rows and columns, margins, gaps, and calibration offsets;
- positions marked as already used on the first sheet;
- editor drafts, the workspace, and settings needed to recover and continue your work;
- settings for optional music, sound effects, haptics, and reduced motion, where these options are available and enabled by you.
Cell contents may include personal data if you choose to add such data to a table. Marknest uses this content locally to generate labels. Values that resemble formulas are treated as plain text and are never executed.
03 What we do not collect
The developer does not collect or receive the following through Marknest:
- users’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details;
- the contents of imported tables, prepared labels, PDFs, or backups;
- device identifiers, precise location, or advertising identifiers;
- usage statistics, behavioral analytics, tracking logs, or advertising profiles;
- diagnostic or crash reports through third-party analytics SDKs.
Marknest does not use third-party SDKs, advertising networks, trackers, or analytics services. The app has no accounts, network backend, or features that automatically transmit data.
04 Imports, exports, and files
You can import CSV files and create PDFs and JSON backups. Files are processed locally. PDF export uses the Android system document picker; Marknest does not automatically send PDFs to a printer.
A JSON backup may contain all original table values, including values that do not appear in the printed PDF, as well as the related workspace settings. Review the contents of a backup and choose its storage location carefully.
05 Sharing with third parties
Marknest does not transmit user data to the developer or to third parties. The app has no advertising, advertising partners, data sales, third-party SDKs, or network features for synchronization or analytics.
The Android operating system, app store, and system file-handling tools operate separately from Marknest and may process technical information under their own policies. This Policy does not govern their activities.
06 Storage and deletion
Your workspace and drafts are stored locally on your device so you can return to your work. They remain there until you clear the app's data, delete them using an available system method, or uninstall the app (subject to Android's behavior).
Exported PDF and JSON files are stored in the location you choose and may not be deleted when Marknest data is cleared. Delete these files separately, as needed, using a file manager or the relevant storage service.
Export important backups before clearing the app's data. The developer cannot access your local workspace or restore files on your behalf.
07 Security
Because Marknest does not send your tables to a developer server, using the app normally does not require transmitting them over the internet. However, the security of local data depends in part on how well your device is protected and where you choose to store exported files. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping backups only in trusted locations.
08 Age requirement
Marknest is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app does not ask for your date of birth or perform age verification. It is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
09 Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated if Marknest's features or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the page where this Policy is hosted. The last updated date is shown at the beginning of this document.
